How long is the rental period?

Your rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the return date stated in your confirmation email.

Is delivery included?

Yes. We offer complimentary UK tracked delivery and returns.

How do I return my item?

Simply repackage the garment, attach the prepaid Royal Mail label, and drop it off at a Post Office by your return date.

Do I need to clean the garment?

No. We professionally clean all garments. Please do not wash or dry clean. Steaming only if necessary.

What happens if I damage the item?

Minor wear is expected. Significant damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

What if it doesn’t fit?
